She holds a Master of Financial Management from K. J. Somaiya Institute of Management, Mumbai, and a Master of Commerce from the University of Mumbai.
With 15+ years of combined corporate, education, coaching, and behavioural training experience, including 7+ years in the corporate world, Sneha brings a deep understanding of human potential, performance patterns, and career alignment.
Her own transition from corporate roles into the behavioural sciences gives her a grounded, real-world understanding of the career challenges, identity shifts, and reinvention journeys people experience.
